Ingredients

300 g beef sirloin steak
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire, Worcestershire or Perrins sauce
A few drops of lemon juice
Black pepper
1 small spring onion
1 tablespoon capers
Fresh parsley
The yolk of one egg

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt flakes

Directions
Using a good knife, chop the beef tenderloin into small pieces, removing all the white meat.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, the mustard, the lemon, a little oil and if you want it spicy and mix.
Chop the parsley, capers and spring onions finely and add, mix well and serve.
Recipe Note
- You can substitute the parsley for coriander in this steak tartar, it gives it a very special flavour.
- If you are spicy lovers, you will like to add a few drops of tabasco or whatever sauce you like in the preparation.
- We have used capers in this steak tartar, but you can add salted anchovies, capers or gherkins.
