An ideal recipe for spring and to enjoy all the flavour of Iberian Ham. When you see this delicacy you won't be able to resist tasting its mixture of flavours, it is a classic Spanish tapa. Directions
In a frying pan heat the potatoes with oil and salt.
In a large bowl beat 6 eggs and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Drain the oil from the frying pan well (you can save it to reuse it another day) and add the mixture from the frying pan to the bowl with the beaten egg.
Let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
In a large frying pan, add a drizzle of the oil that we had drained and pour the mixture in when it is hot.
All you have to do is wait for it to set on both sides and the potato omelette is ready!
Now toast some slices of bread, spread them with natural tomato and add a little salt and olive oil.
Divide the potato omelette into generous portions and place a tortilla triangle on each slice of spread bread.
Decorate each tapa with a few slices of Iberian ham and tomatoes.
