Artisan Bread made using a manual process which results in a very tender bread with a thin and crispy crust, lightweight with a larger alveolus than the best “chapatas”.

Just to bake at 180c for about 8 minutes, to get a crunchy crust.

4 bread loaves of 200gr each in a box.

 

Frozen 

 This bread is frozen but will arrive defrosted and lasts well for up to 5 days, it can be re-frozen with little loss of quality.

 A minimum of 5 days on ambient and up to 3 months if frozen.
