The fish are first cold smoked, which will give the sardines a distinctive aroma, then cleaned and salted for a few days before being packed in sunflower oil whose mildness allows the flavour of the fish to come through. Try them with our Ajo Blanco and grapes as people do in Andalucia. The drain weight of the tub is 700g.
