Caviar (Cecina Premium) of Wagyu of 90 g. Wagyu Caviar is the star of our cured products. It is a product obtained from the premium cuts with greater infiltration, which are subjected to a light salting and subsequent semi-natural drying for at least 8 months.
Presentation: It is presented in a packaged format in a protected atmosphere, in thin slices ready to eat, with an approximate weight of 90g.
Preparation: We recommend opening 30 min before consuming and placing it on a tempered plate so that it melts slightly and thus enjoy its intense flavor.
