At The Gourmet Market we offer a discretionary ’goodwill’ returns and refund policy but we can’t accept returns on short shelf-life or perishable items that would be unsaleable on their return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Please Contact us for our returns delivery address. We have also a live chat during normal hours on our web, so we can help you quicker. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for paying for the cost of returning any items. However, we can arrange for a collection to be made using our third party courier service, when an agreement between both parties have been made on any resolution.
