Description of the Bavette Steak
Bavette has a coarse texture, but is rich in flavour with plenty of fat. The fat causes the meat to remain tender and retain its texture. Bavette is cut from the flank and is obtained from Grass-fed Argentinian cattle that live on wide open plains and are fed grain for the last 120 days.

The most delicious flavour combinations with the Bavette Steak
Combine the bavette steak with a homemade red or white onion chutney and you're actually more or less done. Or maybe you prefer your Bavette with a salad? Why not prepare a fresh endive salad on the side.
Upon the arrival of your order, please put the product in your freezer as soon as possible if you are not planning to consume in the next 5 following days. If some thawing has occurred in transit, please be assured it is safe to refreeze. We deliver with our award-wining packaging and extra ice and insulated envelopes, but some thawing is inevitable outside in small products some times as if you buy at the supermarket and take one hour to arrive home, but they still keeping frozen and safe core temperature.
