The black pudding from Burgos or Morcilla de Aranda is a traditional dish that in MRM we could not stop developing. Although it requires cooking after purchasing the product, the touch that we suggest is to cut it into slices that are neither too thin nor too thick, and with a touch of iron on both sides, serve as a cover accompanying a good Ribera del Duero wine. It is also perfect crumble it and be part of a good scramble. The secret touch: pine nuts and a drizzle of honey ...

This is a good black pudding, I did enjoy it and would probably buy it again in the future.

A light Morcilla

A light ,mild very pleasant Morcilla , paked in a very thin skin, .it broke when lifting so I wrapped in foil for BBG . Cooked perfectly. Very tasty
