We only make Cantabrian anchovies and marinate them just enough in white wine vinegar. Afterward packaged in olive oil with garlic and parsley, they maintain the nuances of the fish, with an “al dente” texture and a unique flavor. They are high in omega 3 and omega 6 oils and have been treated against anisakis.
