Handmade in the region of Vallés Oriental (Catalonia), using goat milk from the "Murciana" and "Granadina" breeds. Mixed coagulation and soft paste. Compact and slightly creamy white texture.
Wine pairing: young and fresh white wines (Albariños, Rueda, Penedés). Crianza and Crianza red wines from Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Bierzo, Mancha, Jumilla, Alicante, Campo de Borja and Andalusian wines such as Fino and Manzanilla. All of them harmonize well with goat cheeses.
