Elaborated in Asturias with pasteurized cow's milk. Yellowish cut with green-bluish "veins". Soft and damp touch. Intense aromas according to its maturation. Buttery when tasting. Persistent aftertaste.
Wine pairings: Light and fresh both white and red wines, fine and manzanillas wines of Andalucia and sweet wines made with Moscatel and Malvasia.
