Made in Cantabria with milk from " Frisona" cow. Its coagulation is enzymatic and the paste is pressed, not cooked and washed. Smooth and pale yellow rind. Its flavour is soft, lactic and with a buttery aroma.
Wine pairings: -White and red light wines, finos and manzanillas as well as muscat, and malvasias.
