Pure sheep's milk cheese, vegetable rennet and moldy rind with a minimum maturation of 2 months. Its main characteristic is the creaminess and its notes of butter and cream. Depending on the desired temperature for consumption, these cheeses can be cut or spread.
This one is macerated in Beer during the maturation process.
