Soft cheese from Galicia made with cow's milk and mixed coagulation. Traditional shape, elastic and creamy texture. Smooth, lactic and fatty flavor.
Wine pairing: Light wines both white and red (with little aging in the latter). The fines and chamomiles of Andalusia as well as the sweet wines of Moscatel and Malvasía also harmonize well.
