A great white

This is our first time using Valrhona white chocolate. We’ve been using Valrhona milk and dark chocolate for a while and love the quality and taste profiles.

This is equally as great, and in comparison to other chocolate we’ve tried totally worth the extra expense. It’s really easy to work with and has a lovely smooth finish.
