Golden Caprice is the top of our Galician beef, only the best loins from the Galician Blonde breed are selected to be part of this range,  with a yellow fat color, and dry-aged on Himalayan salt chambers for 50 days.

This really special breed, are at least 12 years old cows, with an incredible fat infiltration due to the diet and pastures, that tastes even like sweet sometimes. Used by acclaimed restaurants in all the UK, with some of them making it the masterpiece for their concept.

The Chuleta cut is normally Sirloin or Rib-eye kept bone-in to enhance flavour and juices while cooking.

The Golden Caprice is a selection of the best Galician BLonde animals, is a protected breed just found in northern Spain, with many monitors in place to keep the consistency that has made it famous.
