The Monovarietal Hojiblanca La Chinata is the juice of olives of the Hojiblanca variety, very characteristic of Andalusia, being found mainly in the provinces of Seville, southern Córdoba and Malaga. In these areas, we collect only those fruits that meet the properties that we consider essential to obtain a very high quality Extra Virgin.
An early harvest of the olive is made, with which we manage to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this selection system, we can guarantee our clients an Extra Virgin that we are completely sure about quality.
The Hojiblanca La Chinata variety is known for its vegetable flavor with sweet touches at the beginning of its tasting, leaving a slight itchy throat and a final aftertaste of almonds. Also, its aroma reminds of fresh fruit, such as freshly cut grass, and white flowers.
