The Monovarietal Picual La Chinata is the juice of olives of the Picual variety, typical mainly from the Andalusia region, especially from the provinces of Jaén, Granada, Córdoba and Seville. In this area, we collect only those fruits that meet the properties that we consider essential to obtain a very high quality Extra Virgin.
An early harvest of the olive is made, with which we manage to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the conservation of its organoleptic properties.
Only through this selection system, we can guarantee our clients an Extra Virgin that we are completely sure of in terms of quality.
This variety is very rich in Oleic Acid, very beneficial to reduce the risks of cardiovascular and liver diseases, as well as a large amount of natural antioxidants and an excellent composition of fatty acids.
It is an EVOO of great strength and body, with touches of wood, banana, as well as freshly cut grass. Its flavor is slightly bitter and spicy and its aroma is reminiscent of fruit herbs. It is an EVOO that withstands high temperatures very well, making it perfect for frying chicken, vegetables or fish.
