From Extremadura small Lambs, we take the whole shoulder and slow-cook them at 82c for 18 hours, the meat is so tender and full of flavour as it's cooked on its own juices. It serves perfectly 3 people as a main course.
Coming individually packed and frozen, just defrost and reheat in the oven for 20/25 minutes.
