The La Chinata Iberian secret pate is made with pieces of Iberian secret of excellent quality from the meadows of Extremadura, and is one of the parts of the pig most valued by prestigious chefs thanks to its texture and flavor.
This pate is recommended for a snack spread on bread, since it has a very smooth and tasty texture, or with our variety of regañás, and you can give it a touch with one of the different balsamic creams from La Chinata such as cherry, fig or truffle, because they will give it a slightly sweet air, as well as with our wide variety of jams, such as pear. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to preparations such as stews or roast meats.
It is recommended to serve the paté slightly cold if it is going to be spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it pairs perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.
