Rufino 1949 elaborates the Mango jam in the months of August to October when it reaches its maturity in the tree. This mango comes from our tropical coast. Like all our jams, they are made with a low sugar content, highlighting their natural Mango flavor.
It is ideal to take with cakes, ice cream cakes and sorbets, salads, for making sauces and as an accompaniment to meat and fish.
