The more premium Chimichurri in a jar you will find, recommended for potatoes, fondues, meats and fish baked, grill or barbecue. As a seasoning for raw meat and fish: salt the meat or fish and spread the piece generously with sauce. Put in the oven, grill or barbecue and cook as usual.
As an accompaniment: serve directly over already cooked food.
