Mojama de Atun is an Andalucian delicacy; loin of tuna cured in salt for two days it is then washed and left to dry using an authentic natural dryer which is left open to the winds from the Strait of Gibraltar, the producer, pride themselves on their dedication to time-honoured traditions and artisan practice. There are no other ingredients other than salt, time and cool Atlantic breezes that go into the making of this product.

Couldn’t be happier with the product nor the speed of service. I needed the mojama for a private catering event this week, selected my date and it was with me as promised. The mojama also was exceptional!
Good texture, not too fibrous nor oversalted. A very delicious mojama, served thinly sliced with lemon juice.
Love this type of tuna, we had it as starter cut in cubes with manchego cheese. Excellent treat, highly recommended.
