Excellent ham. The moment I tasted the first slide and how it melted in my mouth without chewing, releasing all its flavours. I am extremely happy with this leg. A couple of friends came a few days after and I served a few tapas, when they tried, they had the same experience, they were amused by how good it is. It has lots of thin infiltrated fat that makes its taste so good.
